Why become a member of the ACPTMD

Becoming a member of The Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Temporomandibular Disorders (ACPTMD) will enable you to be associated with other Chartered Physiotherapists that have a specialist interest in the expert management of Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) – whether working in the NHS or in Private practice.

Who can join?

  • Full membership open to physiotherapists registered with the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) and HCPC
  • Associate membership open to non physiotherapy colleagues and retired or non-UK based physiotherapists, other UK health professionals and students

Expectation of Members

  • To conform to the standards set by the CSP and ACPTMD constitution
  • To have completed the ACPTMD Foundation TMD course or an equivalent qualification
  • Free to join until March 2025, then only £10 per year.
